Job Summary
The Project Maintenance & Facility Manager oversees maintenance, repairs, infrastructure, vendors, and facility operations for a project.
The role ensures facilities are safe, clean, functional, and supported by effective daily operations.
Project Maintenance
- Oversee daily project maintenance activities.
- Coordinate timely maintenance and repair of electrical, plumbing, civil, HVAC, and other facility systems.
- Inspect facilities, resolve maintenance issues, and maintain service records.
Facility Operations
- Manage housekeeping, security coordination, common areas, lifts, DG sets, electrical systems, water supply, and other infrastructure.
- Coordinate preventive maintenance and ensure compliance with company operational procedures.
Vendors and Team
- Coordinate vendors, contractors, and service providers and monitor the quality and timely completion of their work.
- Supervise maintenance staff, technicians, and facility support teams.
- Allocate work, monitor performance, conduct team meetings, and maintain adequate staffing.
