Project Logistics & Transportation Engineer – Wind Energy

About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct port and transportation feasibility studies.
• Survey and validate routes from ports to project sites.
• Identify constraints related to road geometry, bridges, turning radius, clearances, gradients and load capacity.
• Assess infrastructure requirements and recommend necessary modifications.
• Coordinate with ports, heavy-haul transportation companies, engineering firms and logistics providers.
• Support project planning, risk assessment, reporting and stakeholder coordination.
• Conduct field visits to ports, roads, suppliers and project sites.
• Coordinate with international project teams and Canadian stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, Transportation, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in project logistics, heavy haul, oversized transportation or route surveying.
• Strong knowledge of transportation infrastructure and route feasibility.
• Experience with port operations and large industrial cargo.
• Wind energy experience is highly preferred; experience in energy, EPC, mining, O&G or heavy construction is also relevant.
