Project Leader

Lead and manage assigned projects through all phases of the project lifecycle, including identification, initiation, definition, execution, and closeout.

Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, cost estimates, forecasts, risk registers, and change management processes.

Prepare project documentation, including business cases, project charters, WBS, project management plans, execution plans, and approval packages.

Coordinate project requirements with engineering, operations, construction, procurement, environmental, and stakeholder groups.

Manage procurement and contracting activities, including specifications, bid packages, tender evaluations, contract awards, and administration, Monitor project performance, schedule, cost, risk, quality, and milestones.

Lead project meetings and facilitate collaboration among multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders, Obtain and coordinate permits, licenses, approvals, and regulatory clearances.

Ensure compliance with project governance, contract management, quality, environmental, and safety requirements, Provide leadership and direction to project team members.

Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships and manage project communications.

The base salary range considers many factors including, but not limited to experience, education, and training, including any collective agreement requirements for union represented positions. It is not typical for the salary to be offered near the top of the range, and salary is dependent on numerous factors. For management roles, the base salary range does not represent the total compensation package. The total compensation package for regular full-time management roles includes pay-for-performance programs for annual and medium time periods. Maintaining a high-performance culture and excellence is a core expectation of every member of our leadership team and is rewarded through the established compensation framework.
