A purpose driven role for you
Purpose of role is to introduce New product, Upgrade & Refresh for respective customer segment/product platform in achieving customer delight and project QCT targets. Focus on new initiatives for achieving Speed to market, First time right quality and EBITDA at every gate Represent R&D Function at organisation level CFT and Lead the overall project across the organisation. Stake holder alignment within & outside R&D to meet Q,C,T targets Responsible for Project planning, monitoring and controlling of all product and process development relating issues of projects (including product planning, R&D, Production, Supplier Sourcing, Quality, and sales & marketing) from initial phase up to SOP – either internal or external projects. Should be well versed with automobile product development cycle. Responsible for system adherence and project stage gate review management and approval process. Must have know how of working on PLM/CAD/MS Project
A Day in the life
1) Accountable to introduce New product, Upgrade & Refresh in respective customer segment achieving customer delight 2) Responsible for target achievement (QCT) for his/her projects and if there is any risk to mitigate or escalate
