Project Lead, IT Prog/Proj Mgmt

Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree in related field or equivalent work experience
• 2 - 4 years' experience in related field preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products required (Word, Excel, PPT)
• Intermediate knowledge in using MS Project preferred
• Have financial acumen and experience in managing/controlling project budgets up to USD 500K preferred
• Presentation skills required; must demonstrate clear, concise articulation of proposed plans
• Must have strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proven ability to effectively prioritize; ability to plan, organize, monitor, and conclude a project
• Must be willing to work in US Hours (8AM to 5PM EST) & 3 days from office.

• Works on projects of moderate scope and complexity
• Identifies possible solutions to a variety of technical problems and takes action to resolve
• Applies judgment within defined parameters
• Receives general guidance and may receive more detailed instruction on new projects
• Work reviewed for sound reasoning and accuracy
