Project Lead II

REQUIREMENTS - EDUCATION, TECHNICAL AND WORK EXPERIENCE

• Must have a Bachelor's or higher degree or any combination of formal education, training and experience equivalent to 8 years involvement in technically demanding program or project assignments. Must have demonstrated knowledge and skills in resource organization and allocation, planning and budgeting, configuration management, continuous quality and process improvement, setting and measurement of program goals, as well as excellent verbal and written communication skills. Incumbent must qualify for and maintain a Security Clearance and possess a valid, state-issued driver's license.

SALARY

• The expected salary range for this position is $91,000 to $120,000 annually.
• Note: The salary range offered for this position is a good faith description of the expected salary range this role will pay. JT4, LLC considers factors such as (but not limited to) responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, key skills, internal peer equity, as well as, market and business considerations when extending an offer.
