Role Overview
Birlasoft is looking for a dynamic and experienced AIOps and Automation specialists to join a highly skilled team of Agentic AI SMEs.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience and in-depth knowledge of Agentic AI and Automation technologies and platforms for IT Operations automation.
This role requires a strong technical background and leadership skills to drive automation initiatives and enhance operational efficiency in IT infrastructure operations and IT helpdesk using Agentic AI.
Technical skills
• Python, Java, Powershell/shell scripting, Go, C++ – for building AI agents and automation workflows.
• Familiarity with Langchain, LangGraph, and Langsmith for agentic orchestration.
• Experience with ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Keras
• Knowledge of Natural Language Processing/Understanding (NLP/U) techniques
• Familiarity with Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD automation,
• Deep understanding of Agentic AI concepts and GenAI co-pilots
• Hands-on experience with one of the platforms like:
• Amelia, Resolve, Ansible, Chef, Puppet, Nexthink, UIPath – for IT operations automation.
• Moveworks, Aisera, Amelia, ServiceNow Now Assist, Microsoft Copilot – for Agentic or Conversational AI
