Role overview
VP Projects role leading premium high-rise residential project planning and execution.
The role covers delivery from concept design and approvals through construction, commissioning and handover.
The position requires leadership across quality, safety, schedule, cost, contracts and commercial management.
Candidate requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering is mandatory.
- A master's degree is preferred.
- 20+ years of residential real estate project execution experience is required.
- Current or previous experience as Head, VP or General Manager of Projects is required.
- Experience with a real estate developer is mandatory.
- Must have independently completed at least one or two high-rise residential projects from concept to final handover.
- Premium or luxury residential development experience is required.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements, contracts, commercial terms and construction methodologies is required.
Project delivery
- Lead high-rise residential projects from concept design through approvals, construction, commissioning and handover.
- Independently deliver luxury residential towers of 40+ storeys within a single tenure.
