Role Overview

The role is based at the head office with extensive travel to project sites across India.

Role Overview
Project Head responsible for end-to-end execution of multiple utility-scale and large commercial ground-mount solar EPC projects.
The role is based at the head office with extensive travel to project sites across India.
The position is full-time and permanent and reports to the VP of Projects, Director, or COO.
Project Planning and Execution
- Lead ground-mount solar EPC projects from site mobilization through commissioning and handover.
- Prepare and monitor plans covering civil, mechanical, electrical, and balance-of-system works.
- Ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards across active sites.
- Coordinate land development, soil testing, surveys, and site readiness.
Site and Vendor Management
- Manage site teams across geographies and travel to sites for reviews, audits, and issue resolution.
- Oversee foundations, piling, module mounting structures, modules, cabling, inverters, transformers, switchyards, and evacuation works.
- Manage EPC contractors, subcontractors, and vendors.
- Negotiate site-level contracts and work orders.
