WSP is seeking an experienced Project Handover & Closeout Manager to support the successful delivery and transition of large-scale civil infrastructure projects across Saudi Arabia.
This role is critical in ensuring that infrastructure assets are fully completed, compliant, documented, and ready for operational handover to the client.
The successful candidate will lead all handover and closeout activities, coordinating between construction teams, contractors, consultants, and client stakeholders.
