We are seeking an experienced and field-proven Project Field Engineer to support and lead engineering activities on high-voltage substation construction projects.

The ideal candidate will have 5–7 years of relevant field experience and the demonstrated ability to independently manage technical field issues, direct junior engineers, and interface with project management and home office engineering teams.

This is a full-time, site-based role performed in rotational shifts.

The Project Field Engineer builds upon foundational field engineering skills to serve in a technical leadership capacity, with a strong emphasis on safety culture, commissioning oversight, and project controls engagement.
