Role Overview
Lead and manage multidisciplinary engineering and design activities for Saudi Aramco GES+ projects.
Ensure engineering deliverables meet Saudi Aramco standards, project schedules, budgets, and quality requirements.
Provide technical leadership and resolve engineering issues throughout project execution.
Responsibilities
- Lead teams across Process, Mechanical, Piping, Civil, E&I, and Telecom disciplines.
- Manage FEED verification, detailed engineering, design development, and IFC deliverables.
- Coordinate interfaces with the Client, PMT, licensors, vendors, procurement, and construction teams.
- Monitor progress, man-hours, resources, and deliverable schedules.
- Lead design reviews, constructability reviews, HAZOPs, and technical workshops.
- Manage Technical Queries, design changes, risks, and technical issues.
- Support procurement, construction, and commissioning activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably Process or Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 15 years of relevant engineering experience.
- Minimum 8 years of Engineering Management experience.
- Proven experience on Saudi Aramco GES+ projects.
