- Support Project Managers with day-to-day project coordination
- Assist with project setup, document control, and job file organization
- Track RFIs, submittals, change orders, and meeting minutes
- Assist with quantity tracking, cost logs, and budget updates
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, inspectors, and field staff
- Maintain project schedules, logs, and status reports
