- Strong knowledge of joinery production, shop drawings, material specifications, and site execution
- Experience in coordinating with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Ability to manage project schedules, site progress, quality control, and project documentation
- Familiarity with UAE fit out standards and regulations
- Strong communication and problem solving skills
- UAE driving license is preferred
