While performing the duties of this job, the employee must regularly work in an office and/or construction environment.
Conditions regularly include exposure to outdoor elements, hot/cold temperatures, wet conditions, noise, atmospheric conditions and cramped quarters.
The noise level in the work environment is occasionally loud.
Have the ability to manage a commute regionally as project site change.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee must regularly sit, stand, walk, talk or hear and use hands to finger, feel and handle; frequently reach with hands and arms; occasionally climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl.
Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
Must frequently lift and or move 10 pounds and occasionally lift and or move up to 50 pounds.
License and Certifications
A valid driver’s license with an acceptable motor vehicle record, free from suspensions or restrictions, is required.
This position is performed on location at the project site which are all essentially in the Santa Rosa area.
Ability to travel for work events and in person training sessions occasionally throughout the year.

The annual base salary range for this role is currently $72,000 - $80,000.
The Company’s salary ranges are determined by role, level, location, and alignment with market data.
Individual pay is determined through interviews and an assessment of various factors, including job-related skills, relevant education and experience, abilities of the applicant and equity with other team members.
The annual base salary range listed here is subject to change at any time, in the Company’s discretion, and does not alter in any way the at-will nature of the employment relationship.
