Responsibilities
- Communicate with clients and arrange site visits
- Inspect sites, take measurements, and convert them into AutoCAD
- Understand client needs and prepare initial Mood Board
- Prepare 3D visualizations as needed
- Prepare initial Shop Drawings
- Create preliminary quantity take off schedule
- Keep track of material prices and market rates
- Monitor the project until contract signing
- Deliver project file post contract to execution team
- Conduct supervisory visits during execution to ensure quality standards
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the Saudi market
- Experience in interior design and finishing
- Proficiency in taking measurements and working with AutoCAD
- Ability to work with 3D visualization software
- Strong communication skills with clients and persuasion abilities
- Good understanding of materials, pricing, and nature of interior projects
- Organized personality capable of translating client needs into contract ready documentation

Role Nature
- Engaging with clients from the marketing department, understanding their requirements, presenting the company and its portfolio professionally, and preparing technical and financial requirements until contract signing, followed by delivering the project file to the execution team.
