Role Purpose
Supervise and control daily architectural fit-out and finishing works on site.
Ensure work follows approved shop drawings, material samples, quality standards, and safety standards, with accurate progress records and reports.
Site Execution and Supervision
- Supervise blockwork, gypsum partitions, false ceilings, wall cladding, flooring, joinery, doors, painting, decorative finishes, sanitary ware, and accessories.
- Carry out setting out, marking, and levelling and verify dimensions, alignment, plumb, and levels.
- Maintain the correct finishing sequence so completed work is not damaged by subsequent trades.
- Instruct and follow up subcontractors and site foremen on daily work plans and output.
Drawings and Coordination
- Use the latest approved architectural shop drawings, detail drawings, and finishing schedules on site.
- Coordinate with MEP on openings, ceiling penetrations, and final service positions before walls and ceilings are closed.
- Raise RFIs for discrepancies, missing details, or conflicts between drawings and site conditions.
- Prepare as-built mark-ups for executed works.
Reporting and Documentation
- Issue daily site reports covering manpower, equipment, activities, deliveries, delays, causes, and progress photographs.
- Record executed quantities and support the quantity surveyor with monthly progress measurement.
- Log site instructions, variations, and events affecting programme or cost and escalate them to the Project Manager.
Essential Qualifications
- B.Sc. in Architecture or Architectural Engineering.
- 3–5 years of site experience.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.
- Ability to read and understand architectural and MEP shop drawings.
- Good written and spoken command of Arabic and English.
- Willingness to be based full time on site and work under the direction of the Project Manager.

Performance Indicators
Works should follow approved drawings without rework caused by setting-out or coordination errors.
Inspection requests should pass from the first submission and daily reports should be complete and timely.
Snags should be closed within the agreed period and works should have no lost-time incidents.
