Role Description
This is a full-time, onsite Project Engineer role based in Riyadh.
The role oversees planning, design, and execution of engineering projects while coordinating cross-functional teams and tracking milestones, schedules, and budgets.
Daily work includes technical documents and drawings, electrical engineering design and calculations, project monitoring, and resolution of engineering or site issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Support planning and execution of project activities.
- Coordinate with project teams, clients, contractors, and suppliers.
- Monitor site activities and progress against project plans and schedules.
- Prepare project documentation, reports, technical submissions, and drawings.
- Monitor quality and compliance with project requirements, standards, and safety regulations.
- Support HSE policy and procedure implementation.
- Identify and report project risks, issues, and delays.
- Attend site meetings and provide regular progress updates.
- Ensure project activities are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule.
- Contribute to continuous improvement in project delivery efficiency and quality.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- 1–3 years of relevant project or site engineering experience.
- Knowledge of project coordination, site supervision, and technical documentation.
- Good understanding of HSE and workplace safety requirements.
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively with project teams, clients, contractors, and suppliers.
- Good command of English.
- Candidates currently residing in Riyadh are preferred.
Preferred Certifications
- NEBOSH certification is preferred.
- IOSH certification is preferred.
- Other relevant HSE or project management certifications are considered.
