Working closely with Project Managers and Superintendents, the Project Engineer will contribute to day-to-day project operations, manage critical documentation, and help drive cost, schedule, and quality outcomes—gaining well-rounded experience across both office and field functions.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date document control logs and project records
Assist with preparation of “as-built” drawings and field design change documentation
Coordinate with Project Managers, Superintendents, subcontractors, and design teams to support project progress
Track and report on project status, including costs, schedules, and key milestones
Support field operations through site visits, inspections, and coordination as needed
Take on additional responsibilities as required to support project and team success
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
0–3 years of construction experience; internship experience strongly preferred
Working knowledge of construction methods, materials, drawings, and specifications
Strong computer skills (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office, scheduling tools)
Ability to read and interpret construction documents and perform basic quantity takeoffs
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Demonstrated initiative and interest in growing within project management
