Project Engineer

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.

Minimum five (5) years of experience in project delivery, operations, construction, or engineering environments with demonstrated cross-functional leadership responsibilities.

Strong commitment to safety and proven ability to promote a safety-focused culture.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Ability to develop practical and timely solutions to complex field and project issues.

Experience building effective working relationships with project teams, contractors, consultants, and other stakeholders.

Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a collaborative, multidisciplinary team environment.

Understanding of engineering, procurement, construction, and project execution processes, including interfaces and dependencies.

Broad knowledge of applicable industry standards, codes, and best practices.

Proven ability to perform effectively in fast-paced, high-pressure project environments.

Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.

Customer and service-oriented mindset with a focus on project success.

Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

Knowledge of construction methods, materials, equipment, labor productivity, scheduling, and cost management principles.

Experience supporting large-scale industrial, mining, metals, energy, or infrastructure projects.

Field engineering, construction management, owner's engineer, or commissioning experience.

Experience working on brownfield and greenfield capital projects.

Base salary range: $115,000 - $165,000
