Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management or equivalent;
• 7 years of experience in construction, both in the field and in bidding;
• Experience on large-scale projects such as hydroelectric, infrastructure, or other relevant expertise aligned with our project portfolio;
• Experience in bid preparation;
• Ability to work on-site;
• Bilingualism (French and English) is an asset;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access);
• Strong knowledge of project management software;
• Advanced knowledge of MS Project and AutoCAD is an asset.

• In accordance with applicable pay transparency legislation, EBC Inc. has included the expected salary range for this role, which is $60,000 - $100,000. Compensation within the range is determined based on relevant experience, qualifications, localization, and internal equity. Base salary is one component of EBC’s comprehensive total rewards offering, which may include performance-based incentives, extended health and wellness benefits, retirement savings programs, and career development opportunities.
