Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Landscape Engineering, or a related field.
- 3–4 years of relevant UAE experience in landscaping, swimming pool, or related construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of landscaping and swimming pool construction methods and materials.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, shop drawings, BOQs, and specifications.
- Experience in site supervision, project coordination, and subcontractor management.
- Good knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office.
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
- UAE driving license is mandatory.
- Candidates currently available in the UAE are preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage daily landscaping and swimming pool site activities.
- Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams.
- Review drawings, BOQs, specifications, and ensure work meets approved standards.
- Monitor project progress, manpower, materials, quality, and timelines.
- Handle inspections, testing, commissioning, snagging, and project handover.
