Develop, maintain, and track project schedules for concurrent STC development programs

Candidate Must Have’s
Engineering degree from an accredited university (Aerospace, Electrical, Mechanical, or related field) or equivalent industry experience
Minimum 3 years of experience in an engineering project coordination or project management role.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent programs simultaneously
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to interface effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Demonstrated experience with project scheduling and tracking tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project, Smartsheet, or equivalent)
Proficiency with Jira for project tracking and Confluence for documentation management
Experience authoring and managing technical documentation in a regulated development environment

Avionics or aerospace industry experience is a strong asset
Familiarity with aircraft certification processes (STC, TC, supplemental approval) and regulatory frameworks (TCCA, FAA)
Experience with certification planning documentation (compliance matrices, certification plans, stage-gate reviews)
Knowledge of DO-160, DO-178, DO-254, or ARP4754A standards
PMP or similar project management certification
Experience with requirements management tools (DOORS, Jama) is an asset

The salary range for this role is $80,000 – 105,000 CAD. The range posted is a guide and may not represent the compensation offered to the successful candidate. Compensation is based on the skills, knowledge, experience, and qualifications brought to the role.
