The role is a Site Engineer in a contracting and interior fit-out division.
The position supervises and coordinates site activities to deliver interior fit-out work accurately, efficiently, and according to approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily site activities for interior fit-out projects.
- Ensure work follows approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and project teams.
- Monitor progress, workmanship, quality, and site safety.
- Review drawings and resolve site issues with design and technical teams.
- Coordinate material deliveries, inspections, and approvals.
- Prepare daily site reports and progress updates.
- Identify and resolve technical and execution-related site issues.
- Ensure completion within the agreed schedule and quality standards.
- Coordinate with the Project Manager and relevant teams.
Required Experience and Skills
- Minimum five years of UAE experience as a Site Engineer with strong interior fit-out experience.
- Interior fit-out experience is essential.
- Good knowledge of fit-out construction methods, materials, and site execution.
- Ability to read architectural, MEP, and technical drawings.
- Ability to manage subcontractors and site teams effectively.
- Good knowledge of UAE construction practices and standards.
- A valid UAE driving licence is mandatory.
- English is required.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office is preferred.
- A degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field is preferred.
Compensation
- Pay starts at AED 6,000 per month.
Workplace
- The role is based in Dubai and work is performed in person.
