Role Overview
Lyasmin Design & Build is seeking an experienced Project Engineer - Fit-Out to join its Qatar team.
The company delivers integrated design and build solutions for retail, F&B, banks, gyms, beauty salons, corporate offices, and villas.
Project Responsibilities
- Prepare and review tenders, BOQs, quantity take-offs, and project pricing.
- Review and coordinate architectural, interior, and technical drawings.
- Plan, manage, and supervise fit-out works from project start to completion.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
Site and Technical Delivery
- Monitor daily site activities, project progress, quality, and workmanship.
- Ensure work follows approved drawings, specifications, schedules, and safety requirements.
- Identify and resolve technical, design, and site coordination issues.
- Coordinate fit-out works with MEP and electrical requirements.
Project Control
- Prepare project documentation, progress reports, and technical submissions.
- Assist in controlling project costs, materials, resources, and timelines.
