Role Overview
Ensure implementation of hospital facility projects through supervision, monitoring, organization, and project activity execution.
Maintain hospital engineering equipment and inventory.
Project Delivery
- Monitor engineering project activities, specifications, schedules, deliverables, quality, and completion status.
- Organize manpower with appropriate skills in collaboration with the project manager.
- Monitor contractors and approve completed contractor and subcontractor work.
- Communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Prepare weekly, monthly, and annual progress reports for the hospital project manager and senior management.
Hospital Engineering Operations
- Oversee hospital buildings, equipment, firefighting equipment, plants, chillers, HVAC systems, civil works, mechanical jobs, electrical jobs, plumbing, and carpentry.
- Maintain engineering equipment inventory records in the Asset Plus database.
- Manage equipment service contracts, warranty compliance, and department SLAs.
- Commission and install newly purchased hospital engineering equipment.
