About the Role

Responsibilities
- Execute HVAC installation, replacement, retrofit, and modernization projects from initiation through completion
- Develop project execution plans, including manpower allocation, material planning, procurement coordination, and project scheduling
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including method statements, risk assessments, work procedures, and technical reports
- Coordinate and obtain technical approvals, including material submittals, shop drawings, and engineering documentation
- Review project contracts, specifications, and technical requirements, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and company standards
- Liaise effectively with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
- Monitor project progress, track milestones, manage project documentation, and support timely invoicing and commercial reporting
- Monitor project costs against approved budgets and identify opportunities to optimize project performance and profitability
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality (HSEQ) requirements
- Coordinate statutory approvals and permits, including RTA, Dubai Police, Mawafaq, and other relevant local authorities
- Identify technical risks, resolve project issues proactively, and recommend practical engineering solutions
- Support continuous improvement initiatives through value engineering and cost optimization during project execution
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering or relevant field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HVAC project execution, preferably within commercial or industrial projects
- Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, installation practices, commissioning, and retrofit projects
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting quality, cost, and schedule objectives
- Good understanding of construction contracts, project documentation, and contractual obligations
- Working knowledge of health, safety, and risk management practices applicable to construction sites
- Familiarity with UAE authority approval processes, including RTA, Mawafaq, Dubai Police, Civil Defence
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English

How You Will Contribute

- Develop project execution plans, including manpower allocation, material planning, procurement coordination, and project scheduling.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including method statements, risk assessments, work procedures, and technical reports.

What You Need To Succeed
- Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering or relevant field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HVAC project execution, preferably within commercial or industrial projects.
- Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, installation practices, commissioning, and retrofit projects.
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting quality, cost, and schedule objectives.

- Familiarity with UAE authority approval processes, including RTA, Mawafaq, Dubai Police, Civil Defence, and other relevant statutory authorities.
- Experience in value engineering and project cost control is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD; familiarity with project management software such as MS Project or Primavera is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently while effectively managing multiple priorities and deadlines
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
