Elegance Edge Decore and Design LLC is seeking a Project Engineer to plan, execute, and monitor interior fit-out and decoration projects in Dubai. The role involves coordinating with designers, supervising site teams, ensuring compliance with specifications and regulations, and managing project documentation.

Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and monitor interior fit out and decoration projects
- Review project drawings, specifications, BOQs, and contract documents
- Coordinate with designers, architects, consultants, and clients throughout the project lifecycle
- Prepare project schedules and monitor progress against milestones
- Supervise site engineers, foremen, and subcontractors to ensure quality workmanship
- Ensure compliance with approved drawings, project specifications, and local authority regulations
- Coordinate procurement of materials and ensure timely delivery to the site
- Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues during construction
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports
- Monitor project costs and assist in budget control
- Manage material approvals, shop drawings, method statements, and RFIs
- Attend project coordination and progress meetings
Requirements
- Experience in interior fit out and decoration projects
- Ability to review project drawings, specifications, BOQs, and contract documents
- Knowledge of local authority regulations
- Strong coordination and communication skills
