Role Overview
Lead hands-on delivery of internally managed Place Vendome projects.
Convert operational needs into defined scopes, coordinated designs, executable programmes, and completed works.

Project Planning and Delivery
- Take projects from brief through feasibility, design, procurement, implementation, testing, handover, and close-out.
- Prepare scopes, deliverables, responsibility matrices, programmes, budgets, risk registers, and approval schedules.
- Maintain action, decision, risk, change, and issue logs and escalate material concerns.
- Coordinate project parties, chair meetings, and issue minutes with owners and due dates.
- Support tendering, technical evaluations, commitment tracking, variations, and progress monitoring.
- Verify completed work, manage snagging, and complete warranties, approvals, handover files, and as-built records.
Traffic, Parking, and Signage
- Lead field surveys and site observations covering vehicle routes, entrances, exits, queues, conflict points, pedestrian interfaces, loading, taxi, valet, and emergency access.
- Support initiatives involving traffic flow, access, parking, vehicle routing, wayfinding, and signage reorganization.
Technical Support
- Produce project materials in AutoCAD.
- Maintain the Place Vendome drawing archive.
Requirements
- 7-30 years of experience, as indicated in the source listing.
- Demonstrated ability to take projects from brief and feasibility through design, implementation, testing, handover, and close-out.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD production and stewardship of a project drawing archive.
- Ability to coordinate consultants, contractors, suppliers, and internal departments.
- Ability to manage project scopes, programmes, budgets, risks, changes, issues, and approvals.
- Ability to conduct site investigations and field surveys involving traffic, access, parking, circulation, and signage.
