Lead hands-on delivery of internally managed Place Vendome projects from operational brief through design, implementation, handover, and close-out.

Focus initially on traffic flow, access, parking, internal vehicle routing, wayfinding, and signage reorganization.

AutoCAD production and stewardship of the Place Vendome drawing archive are essential supporting duties.

Prepare project briefs, scopes, deliverables, responsibility matrices, programmes, budgets, risk registers, and approval schedules.
Coordinate consultants, contractors, suppliers, and internal departments while maintaining action, decision, risk, change, and issue logs.
Support tendering, monitor commitments and variations, verify site completion, manage snagging, and complete handover records.

Lead field surveys covering routes, entrances, exits, queues, conflict points, pedestrian interfaces, loading, taxi and valet operations, emergency access, and peak periods.
Coordinate traffic studies and develop access, parking, vehicle-routing, and temporary traffic-management proposals.
