Develop and update project schedules using Primavera P6.
Oversee day-to-day site operations across multiple project sites.
Ensure construction activities comply with drawings, specifications, and project timelines.
Coordinate with project managers, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Supervise and inspect on-site work for compliance with quality and safety standards.
Monitor progress and prepare daily and weekly site reports.
Resolve site-related issues and provide technical guidance to teams.
Maintain site documentation and records.
Attend project meetings and provide technical input as required.

Strong knowledge of Primavera P6 is mandatory for this position.
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
Minimum two years of site engineering experience in construction or general contracting.
Experience in Qatar or the GCC is preferred.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, site coordination, and local regulations.
Proficiency in reading and interpreting drawings and technical documents.
Experience with residential, commercial, or industrial projects is advantageous.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD.
Knowledge of MS Project or Primavera is a plus in addition to the mandatory Primavera P6 requirement.
A valid Qatar Driving License is preferred.
MMUP/UPDA certification is advantageous.
