About the Role
Oversee construction, renovation, refurbishment, maintenance, and civil works across diverse business verticals.
Manage projects from planning through completion while ensuring quality, timelines, and cost control.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage construction, renovation, and civil projects across multiple properties and verticals.
- Supervise site execution, quality, timelines, and project progress.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, architects, and consultants.
- Prepare and review BOQs, estimates, quotations, and material requirements.
- Monitor project costs, measurements, bills, and material usage.
- Identify and resolve technical and site-related issues.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Provide regular project updates to management.
- Travel to project sites across Chennai and other branches or properties across India as required.
Requirements
- At least 10 years of relevant experience in construction, civil engineering, or project execution.
- Degree or diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Strong hands-on experience in construction and site management.
- Good knowledge of BOQs, estimation, materials, and project execution.
