🛠️ What You’ll Do
As a Project Engineer, you’ll support the day-to-day field operations on construction projects, ensuring safety, schedule, quality, and communication all align.
You’ll assist WCG’s field leadership team, typically on the jobsite—overseeing materials, quality control, and other administrative aspects to coordinate resources and deliver results that exceed client expectations.
Key Focus Areas
- Project Administration – Manage RFIs, submittals, schedules, procurement, closeouts, change requests, and more, playing a vital role from pre-construction through completion. Support risk management efforts of the project team (35%)
- Contract & Scope Management – Understand the prime agreement and assist with drafting and issuing subcontracts and purchase orders in Procore (25%)
- Safety Oversight – Assist with enforcement of jobsite safety standards (5%)
