Responsibilities
- Support planning, coordination, and execution of civil engineering and construction projects.
- Review engineering drawings, specifications, technical documents, and project requirements.
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, suppliers, and internal project teams.
- Monitor schedules, milestones, resources, quality, and costs.
- Identify technical issues, risks, delays, and potential solutions.
- Prepare progress updates, technical reports, documentation, and project records.
- Support compliance with safety, quality, engineering, and construction standards.
- Participate in meetings, inspections, site coordination, and technical discussions.
- Contribute to process improvements and efficient project delivery.
Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or a related discipline is preferred.
- At least 3 years of professional engineering or construction project experience is preferred.
- Strong understanding of civil engineering principles, construction processes, and project coordination.
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, communication, and stakeholder coordination abilities.
- Strong organization, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.
Preferred tools
- Experience with AutoCAD, MS Project, Primavera P6, BIM, or other engineering and project management tools is advantageous.
