Role Responsibilities
- Support planning, coordination, and execution of civil engineering projects.
- Review engineering drawings, specifications, plans, and technical documentation.
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, suppliers, and project stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress, schedules, resources, and technical requirements.
- Conduct site-related inspections and support quality-control activities.
- Identify technical issues, construction risks, delays, and solutions.
- Ensure work follows approved designs, specifications, standards, and safety requirements.
- Prepare progress reports, technical updates, documentation, and project records.
- Assist with cost, material, resource, and project-planning activities.
- Support continuous improvement and efficient project delivery.
Qualifications and Experience
- A bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- At least 3 years of professional experience in civil engineering or project engineering is required.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, engineering principles, drawings, and specifications is required.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, plans, BOQs, and project documentation is required.
- Strong coordination, communication, teamwork, stakeholder-management, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities are required.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet project deadlines is required.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD, MS Project, Primavera P6, BIM, or related tools is advantageous.
- UAE or GCC project experience is highly valued.
