Role overview
Kean Group is seeking execution-oriented Project Engineers for large-scale industrial and infrastructure projects.
Projects may involve area grading, site development, earthwork, roads, drainage, RCC, and precast construction.
The Project Engineer role is listed with five to ten years of experience.
Project execution
- Plan and execute grading, leveling, excavation, cut and fill, embankment, compaction, roads, drainage, trenches, culverts, RCC, and precast works.
- Prepare execution plans, resource plans, daily schedules, and project progress updates.
- Coordinate survey work using Total Station and Auto Level.
Quality, safety, and resources
- Ensure compliance with approved drawings, BOQ, specifications, HSE standards, and statutory requirements.
- Monitor compaction, field density, concrete cube, and level tests.
- Manage equipment, manpower, construction resources, and productivity.
Commercial and coordination
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, vendors, survey teams, and internal stakeholders.
