Role Overview
The role manages and supervises construction and interior project activities.
The position requires strong site execution experience, including high-rise building projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle and supervise project sites from execution through completion.
- Coordinate with site teams, contractors, vendors, consultants, and management.
- Prepare and review estimates, measurements, and project bills.
- Monitor project progress, quality, timelines, and site requirements.
- Supervise site engineers, supervisors, and other project team members.
- Read and interpret construction drawings and technical specifications.
- Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings and specifications.
- Handle high-rise building projects and coordinate multiple site activities.
- Monitor material requirements, site resources, and work schedules.
- Identify and resolve site-related technical and execution issues.
- Prepare regular project progress reports for management.
Qualifications
- A Diploma, B.Tech, or degree in Civil Engineering is required.
- At least seven years of relevant construction or project execution experience is required.
- Proven experience handling high-rise building projects is required.
