Role Overview
The Project Engineer plans, coordinates, and oversees building construction projects from start to finish.
The role is responsible for schedule, budget, quality, safety, technical coordination, documentation, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop project plans, budgets, and schedules and monitor project costs and contracts.
- Review plans and specifications, coordinate with architects and contractors, and resolve technical issues.
- Conduct site inspections, manage RFIs and submittals, and prepare progress reports.
- Ensure compliance with codes, safety and quality standards, permits, and licenses.
Required Qualifications
- Six years of experience in the UAE.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
- Experience in building and tower construction.
- Strong project management, organization, communication, collaboration, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of construction codes, safety procedures, quality control, budgets, and schedules.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with high-rise buildings and towers is preferred.
