Design Infinity is hiring experienced professionals for its Design and Build, Interior Decoration, Joinery, and Fit-Out teams in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
The posting covers two role tracks: Project Engineers and Project Managers.
Project Engineers
- Project Engineer candidates need 4–5 years of relevant experience.
- An engineering background with a BE or B.Tech degree is required.
- Relevant experience includes interior fit-out, interior decoration, design and build, or joinery.
- The role requires project execution, site coordination, technical understanding, documentation, and coordination skills.
- UAE/GCC fit-out industry experience is advantageous.
Project Managers
- Project Manager candidates need 7–10 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in interior fit-out, design and build, interior decoration, or joinery is preferred.
- The role requires project management from planning through execution and handover.
- The role requires project planning, budgeting, scheduling, procurement, site execution, and multidisciplinary team leadership.
- UAE/GCC fit-out and interior industry experience is highly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Execute and coordinate interior fit-out, interior decoration, design and build, and joinery projects.
- Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, clients, and internal teams.
- Manage project planning, budgeting, scheduling, procurement, site execution, and handover.
- Review drawings, specifications, BOQ, and project documentation.
- Lead multidisciplinary project teams and manage stakeholder relationships.
- Follow up on project progress and resolve project execution issues.
