About the Role
Fluxalyn seeks a Project Engineer to coordinate, manage, and support engineering projects throughout the lifecycle. The role requires a bachelor's degree in engineering, knowledge of project management, and familiarity with engineering software.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate, manage, and support engineering projects throughout the entire project lifecycle
- Plan engineering activities, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, monitor project progress, and provide technical expertise
- Collaborate with project managers, design engineers, contractors, consultants, suppliers, procurement teams, and clients
- Review engineering designs, monitor project milestones, resolve technical issues, and facilitate communication between stakeholders
- Prepare project plans, coordinate engineering documentation, review technical drawings and specifications
- Monitor project schedules, track deliverables, and ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory requirements
- Oversee engineering activities, support procurement and material coordination, monitor installation and construction progress
- Participate in testing, commissioning, and project handover activities
- Prepare project reports, monitor budgets, coordinate technical meetings, manage RFIs, review contractor submissions
- Support risk assessments and identify opportunities to improve project performance and operational efficiency
- Maintain project documentation, monitor engineering changes, and ensure compliance with organizational standards and contractual obligations
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Construction Engineering, Project Management, or related discipline
- Strong understanding of engineering principles, project management methodologies, and project lifecycle management
- Knowledge of engineering design, construction, installation, testing, commissioning, and project execution processes
- Familiarity with project scheduling, resource planning, cost control, procurement coordination, and risk management principles
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings, technical specifications, contracts, and project documentation accurately
- Understanding of quality assurance (QA), quality control (QC), workplace health and safety requirements, and regulatory compliance
- Familiarity with project management software such as Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, or equivalent is advantageous
- Proficiency in engineering software including AutoCAD, Revit, Civil 3D, SolidWorks, or equivalent is beneficial
- Strong analytical thinking, technical problem solving, and decision making skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

Role Description
