Responsibilities
- Oversee all ongoing maintenance activities across facilities
- Manage multiple renovation and fit out projects from initiation to completion
- Conduct site visits to assess progress, quality and compliance
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, suppliers, mall management and internal teams
- Support execution of civil, MEP and interior refurbishment works
- Monitor daily site activities and resolve site related issues
- Identify, evaluate and onboard contractors and subcontractors
- Request quotations, prepare comparison sheets, and provide recommendations
- Negotiate pricing, scope and terms to achieve cost efficiency
- Prepare detailed cost comparisons and project estimates
- Track project expenditures and highlight variations
- Review drawings, BOQs and technical submissions
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture / Civil Engineering / Mechanical Engineering or related field
- 3–6 years of experience in maintenance, renovation or fit out projects
- Strong knowledge of site execution and project coordination
- Good understanding of MEP, civil, structural and interior works
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
- Ability to prepare comparison sheets, reports, and technical summaries
- Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Excel and project reporting tools
- Strong communication and coordination skills
