About the Role
FALCOR is hiring a Senior Project Engineer (Electrical / E&I) for offshore Oil & Gas EPC projects in Abu Dhabi. The role involves leading engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning activities, ensuring compliance with ADNOC standards.

Responsibilities
- Lead and manage Electrical and/or E&I engineering activities throughout the project lifecycle.
- Develop project execution plans, schedules, construction methodologies, and resource allocation strategies.
- Prepare Material Take Offs (MTOs) and coordinate procurement of project materials and equipment.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including Structural, Mechanical, and Piping disciplines.
- Review and approve technical drawings, Single Line Diagrams (SLDs), loop drawings, layouts, and vendor documentation.
- Manage interfaces between engineering teams, vendors, offshore construction crews, and clients.
- Coordinate Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT), offshore installation activities, and logistics support.
- Lead pre commissioning and commissioning activities for electrical systems, UPS systems, control panels, and field instrumentation.
- Participate in HAZID, HAZOP, and FRA studies to ensure safe and efficient project execution.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering
- 10–12 years of experience in the Offshore Oil & Gas industry
- Proven experience in EPC projects and offshore brownfield modifications
- Strong experience in Electrical systems and/or E&I installation, testing, commissioning, and start up activities
- ADNOC Offshore project experience is highly preferred
- PMP Certification will be considered an advantage

- Seeking a highly motivated Senior Project Engineer (Electrical / E&I) to lead engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning activities for offshore projects.
