About the Role
We are seeking a Pipeline Engineer with a QA/QC background to provide technical support for cross-country pipelines and municipal networks. The role involves overseeing HDD crossings, welding, coating, hydrotesting, and ensuring quality compliance through Project Quality Plans and Inspection & Test Plans.

Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for cross country pipelines and municipal networks
- Oversee critical operations including long distance Horizontal Directional Drilling (HDD crossings > 1,000m), welding, coating, and hydrotesting
- Develop, implement, and monitor Project Quality Plans (PQP) and Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs) in alignment with client standards
- Coordinate directly with client representatives, municipal inspectors, and Third Party Inspection (TPI) agencies to clear field approvals and compile the final Quality Dossier
Requirements
- Must possess a valid Equivalency Certificate issued by the Ministry of Education (MOE), UAE
- Full time Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Civil, Metallurgy, or relevant engineering disciplines
- 3 to 5 years of solid project experience in the Middle East
- Practical pipeline engineering skills combined with a strong professional background or proven exposure to QA/QC workflows
- Familiarity with ADNOC specifications or being ADNOC Approved/Interview cleared is a major advantage

Core Responsibilities

Technical Requirements
- Academic Prerequisite (Strict Requirement): Must possess a valid Equivalency Certificate issued by the Ministry of Education (MOE), UAE.
- Education: Full time Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Civil, Metallurgy, or relevant engineering disciplines.
- Regional Experience: 3 to 5 years of solid project experience in the Middle East. Project track records in IRAQ or the UAE are highly acceptable; UAE local experience will be prioritized.
- Skillset Matrix: Practical pipeline engineering skills combined with a strong professional background or proven exposure to QA/QC workflows.
- Client Familiarity (Preferred): Familiarity with ADNOC specifications or being ADNOC Approved/Interview cleared is a major advantage.
