1- Co-ordinate with Customers for Warranty Defects Closure

2- Perform site visits to inspect systems, assess issues, and monitor progress. 3- Check, track, and report the status of warranty items, ensuring timely resolution.

4- Coordinate internally with engineering, service, procurement, and logistics teams to resolve warranty and service issues efficiently.

5- Carry out SCADA monitoring, verification, and basic diagnostics, including confirmation of alarms, signals, trends, and communication status.

6- Prepare and maintain service reports, warranty documentation, root cause analysis, and client communications.

7- Support Lead Engineers in execution of Projects - Engineering, Procurement, Site Coordination and Site Testing.
