The Role
Support the planning, coordination, and successful delivery of engineering projects.
Work across technical and operational teams to monitor progress, coordinate engineering activities, review documentation, and resolve technical or delivery challenges.
Work Arrangement
- The role is fully remote and based within the United Arab Emirates.
- The position is part-time.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate engineering activities throughout project planning and delivery stages.
- Support schedules, milestones, deliverables, and resource planning.
- Review technical drawings, specifications, reports, and engineering documentation.
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders.
- Monitor progress and identify technical or scheduling issues.
- Assist with cost tracking, procurement coordination, and resource requirements.
- Support technical evaluations, design reviews, testing, and commissioning.
- Maintain project records, progress reports, and technical documentation.
- Identify risks and support corrective and preventive actions.
- Promote quality, safety, compliance, and effective project execution.
