About the Role
The Project Engineer plans, coordinates, and executes civil construction activities for building projects.
The role covers site supervision, contractor management, stakeholder coordination, and project delivery against quality, safety, cost, and schedule requirements.
Job Responsibilities
- Execute and supervise daily civil construction activities according to approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and schedules.
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, architects, MEP teams, and vendors to resolve site issues.
- Monitor progress, manpower deployment, material consumption, and productivity while maintaining cost efficiency.
- Conduct site inspections, quality checks, and safety audits.
- Prepare project reports, measurement records, and progress updates.
- Support project planning, billing verification, and handover activities.
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.
- Four to six years of experience executing building construction projects.
- Knowledge of RCC works, finishing works, structural drawings, construction methodologies, quality assurance, and site safety.
- Experience in contractor management, project coordination, quantity verification, and construction scheduling.
