Your role

• Project Planning & Execution: Develop comprehensive construction execution plans detailing timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and site strategies. Define project scope and deliverables in alignment with contract requirements and client objectives. Establish work breakdown structures (WBS), construction schedules, and performance benchmarks to drive on-site progress.

• Construction Leadership & Coordination: Assemble and lead a high-performing construction management team, including site supervisors, craft labour, and subcontractors. Foster collaboration and clear communication among JV partners, suppliers, and client representatives to ensure seamless execution. Ensure a detailed and thorough readiness process is executed in preparation for field work, including robotic tooling OPEX incorporation, trades training and construction package preparation.

Conduct rigorous risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to protect schedule, cost, and safety performance.
