Project Director - PMO
We're looking for an experienced and strategic Project Director to lead our Project Management Office (PMO) in Doha, Qatar.
The role involves overseeing the governance, execution, and optimization of our project portfolio, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and delivering measurable business value.
The ideal candidate will have exceptional leadership capabilities, analytical expertise, and a commitment to driving operational excellence across all project initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain PMO governance frameworks, policies, and procedures to ensure consistent project delivery standards across the organization.
- Develop and implement strategic project management methodologies, tools, and best practices to enhance efficiency and reduce project risks.
- Oversee the management of multiple concurrent projects and programs, ensuring they remain on schedule, within budget, and aligned with business priorities.
- Conduct comprehensive project portfolio analysis and provide executive leadership with strategic recommendations for resource allocation and project prioritization.
- Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing PMO teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.
- Manage stakeholder relationships at all organizational levels, communicating project status, risks, and outcomes with clarity and precision.
