Role Overview

Role Purpose
Lead and oversee a critical mining project to ensure completion in accordance with contractual obligations, customer objectives, and corporate policies.
The full-time position is based at Worley's Markham or Oakville offices in Ontario, with regular travel to the project site in St. John's, Newfoundland.
Team and Project Leadership
- Lead a large cross-functional project delivery team and third-party team members.
- Oversee team performance, quality, timeliness, accountability, and performance gaps.
- Provide full responsibility for planning, directing, supervising, and controlling technical, fiscal, and administrative project functions.
Execution and Controls
- Coordinate integrated execution plans covering engineering, HSE, quality, procurement, project controls, estimating, and construction.
- Manage project execution, reviews, controls, schedules, resource planning, scope changes, and recovery plans.
- Apply Advanced Work Packaging and support successful workshare execution.
