Role Overview
Lead major infrastructure and masterplan development projects across the UAE.
Own strategic project delivery, technical coordination, commercial performance, governance, and client satisfaction.
Serve as the primary point of contact for major clients and stakeholders.
Project Leadership and Delivery
- Lead large-scale infrastructure and masterplan projects from planning and design through execution and close-out.
- Establish delivery strategies, execution plans, governance frameworks, and performance objectives.
- Drive delivery against scope, schedule, budget, quality, and client expectations.
- Oversee multidisciplinary teams and coordination among project participants.
Client and Stakeholder Management
- Act as the primary client interface and trusted advisor for major projects.
- Build relationships with government entities, developers, infrastructure authorities, and key stakeholders.
- Lead executive-level engagement, strategic discussions, steering committees, and governance meetings.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and support long-term client relationships and future opportunities.
